But that said, some milestones happen in 2011.
First, in feb, I got my tuition job. It has been 11 months now and still counting.
My first serious and longest attempt in a tuition job.
Which made me realise that I have the ability to juggle work and studies. (or maybe not cos I have sucky grades)
In March, I finally got my driving license.
That's not quite a feat, consider the fact that I passed only on the third time.
The failed second attempt was also in the same year- that fateful Jan.
In July, I went TIP, made me earn quite a sum of money. which i almost spent on buying a DSLR for my 206.
Luckily i didnt, cos the grade turned out horrible in the end. My worst mod in the sem.
I am few steps closer to my savings goal.
In around August, I bought my first health insurance, with my own medisave.
which made me realise that I actually have a medisave that is more than decent at my age.
No more using my mum's money to pay for insurance.
In October, I signed the Teaching bond.
This is such a huge milestone, becos 2 years down the road, you can sort of imagine me as you imagined me in 2 years later from now.
In December, many things happen, thats gona be brought forward and directly influence the coming year.
From all those broadcast experience, I know now that Im not cut out for broadcast, even though I may actually like it.
I am declared as a PR specialised student. OMG. PR. ME.
Am I ever a people person to begin with?
Very little drama this year.As compared to others who probably lead a more fulfilling year, and mine in comparison should be a dull and boring one.
Well, if you feel bored just reading this, imagine my life.
